Agape Ministries

Agape Ministries was first planted in the Heart of the visionary, Pastor William E. Hopkins in 1995 based on the scripture “Mark 6:34. And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd; and he began to teach them many things.” The Ministry began as a fellowship with Bible Study being the core of the Ministry. The Lord began to add to the Ministry by allowing Pastor Hopkins to come into contact with men and women who were hungry to know God.
Agape ministries began its public Ministry in conjunction with Omnipotent God Ministry under the Pastoral ship of Freddie & Betty Prince. In Jan. of 2003 Agape Ministries begin its first Evening Service at 6:00 p.m. In Feb, 2004 Agape ministries took a leap of faith and left the location of their Parent Ministry O.G.M. and began having Worship Services at the Montgomery Civic Center. In July of 2004, Agape Ministries entered their first House of Worship at 240 Catoma Street Downtown Montgomery. After three and a half years of anointed &powerful worship Services the Lord blessed the Agape Ministries Family to go to the next level by transitioning from their old sanctuary to their current sanctuary.
Agape Ministries Christian Worship Center at 213 Madison Ave. Downtown Montgomery on Dec. 31st 2007. the Lord continue to add those whom He had chosen to be apart of the ministry all along the way!!! Praise the Name of Jesus!!!
